Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of professional BIM experience within an architectural practice

• Proven experience working on medium- to large-scale architectural projects

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit is essential

• Strong understanding of BIM workflows, standards, model organization, and coordination

• Ability to develop and maintain architectural BIM models through different project stages

• Experience producing coordinated design development and construction documentation from BIM models

• Strong understanding of architectural detailing, materials, construction systems, and buildability

• Experience coordinating architectural models with structural, MEP, and other disciplines

• Ability to identify and resolve model and coordination conflicts

• Proficiency in AutoCAD

• Familiarity with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud, Navisworks, clash detection, and model federation is an advantage

• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

• Ability to work within project deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality

The Role

The BIM Architect will work closely with our architects, project leads, and external consultants to develop and coordinate project information from design through technical delivery.

The role will include BIM modelling, architectural documentation, model management, multidisciplinary coordination, quality control, and supporting the implementation of BIM standards across projects.

s seeking a skilled Architectural Visualiser to join our London team. We’re looking for someone with a talent for storytelling and the ability to translate bold design concepts into stunning visual narratives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality, photorealistic visuals that bring our architectural visions to life for complex high-profile projects around the globe.
- Create quick, sketchy visual studies to explore and generate powerful compositions and moods
- Collaborate closely with the design team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to produce creative artworks
- Prepare 3d/2d assets library periodically to establish an efficient visual production system.
- Prepare visual study packages for internal reviews and briefings/reference packages for external rendering consultants.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Rhino, 3ds Max, V-Ray or Corona, Forest Pack and other relevant plugins. Unreal Engine experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Photoshop for 2d image design and post-production.
- Familiarity with AI image generation tools like MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, and ControlNet is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills in English
