<what you will do>

• Develop, manage, and maintain high-quality BIM models across all project stages

• Lead or support Revit-based workflows, standards, and best practices within the studio

• Translate design concepts into coordinated, buildable architectural documentation

• Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, landscape designers, and consultants

• Coordinate architectural models with MEP, structural, and external consultants

• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity across drawings, schedules, and deliverables

• Support design teams without compromising design intent or technical integrity

• Participate in internal reviews, clash detection, and quality control processes

• Contribute to improving BIM efficiency, templates, and studio-wide workflows

Requirements:
- Candidate should hold a professional degree in Architecture
- More than 2 years’ experience in an international-level architectural design firm
- Strong conceptual, design and graphical skills.
- Ability to perform and deliver in a highly dynamic and ambitious work environment
- Ability to work well as part of a team in an international environment
- Proficient in AutoCad, Adobe Creative Suite
- Able to clearly represent and explain ideas through visualization (diagrams, models, sketches, drawings, renderings)
- 3D modeling experience
- Fluency in English; Bilingual (Arabic) a plus

s seeking a skilled Architectural Visualiser to join our London team. We’re looking for someone with a talent for storytelling and the ability to translate bold design concepts into stunning visual narratives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality, photorealistic visuals that bring our architectural visions to life for complex high-profile projects around the globe.
- Create quick, sketchy visual studies to explore and generate powerful compositions and moods
- Collaborate closely with the design team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to produce creative artworks
- Prepare 3d/2d assets library periodically to establish an efficient visual production system.
- Prepare visual study packages for internal reviews and briefings/reference packages for external rendering consultants.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Rhino, 3ds Max, V-Ray or Corona, Forest Pack and other relevant plugins. Unreal Engine experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Photoshop for 2d image design and post-production.
- Familiarity with AI image generation tools like MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, and ControlNet is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills in English
